Support for Owners

We offer a range of practical support and we will signpost you to the relevant agencies for help and advice.

PWL offer customers fully Comprehensive Buildings Insurance cover under our block policy with Avid Insurance Services Ltd.

We distribute a Quarterly Factoring Newsletter by email to keep our customers informed and provide useful information and helpful advice.

Common Repairs

Please complete the online form to report a common repair at your property, or you can call our Repairs Team on 0300 303 1703.
Repairs Response Times

The Company defines all common repairs in terms of:

Emergency Repairs
Response within 4 hours

Non Emergency Repairs
Response within 7 working days

Emergency Common Repairs

This category includes any common repair which is required to avoid serious damage to property or risk to health and safety, e.g.:

Water burst
Dangerous masonry, loose slates, chimney heads, etc.

These repairs should be made safe and where possible completed (temporarily if necessary) within 4 hours.

Please note that emergencies involving gas faults in common areas should be reported directly to Transco on 0800 111 999.

Non Emergency Common Repairs

This category includes those repairs which can wait before being dealt with. These repairs should be completed within 7 working days.

    Glasgow City Council Stairlighting Maintenance Increase 2023/2024

    PWL received notification on 04 August 2023 from Glasgow City Council of a 12.5% increase being applied to the stairlighting maintenance service for 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024. Please note that this increase will be applied to your next factoring invoice issued in October 2023.
