Would you like to join the PWL board?

We are seeking new voluntary Board Members to help shape the governance and strategic direction of our business. PWL is the non-charitable subsidiary of Partick Housing Association, committed to creating vibrant and sustainable neighbourhoods in Glasgow’s thriving West End.

PWL core business involves providing property factoring services to over 1500 factored homeowners; managing a growing portfolio of residential properties, including Mid Market Rent flats; and letting a small number of commercial premises.

If you have skills or experience in property letting and management, factoring, asset management, customer service, marketing, ICT, or business development, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support sustainable growth and develop your skills. The time commitment is at least four evening meetings per year, with training and networking opportunities. PWL Directors must meet the Companies House Director Responsibility requirements.
