Following a recent review of the Code of Conduct for Property Factors by the Scottish Government, Partick Works Limited have issued an updated written statement of services to you by email or post in August 2022, which is now in 2 parts. Part 1 will outline our obligations and service levels and part 2 will be a Schedule of Details for customers setting out the specific services at their property, key information about our charges and details of your share of repair.
