Partick Works Limited will be issuing an updated written statement of services to you by email or post in July of 2026, which is in 2 parts. Part 1 outlines our obligations and service levels and part 2 will be a Schedule of Details for customers setting out the specific services at their property, key information about our charges and details of your share of repair.

Should any services be added or removed you will receive an updated version of Part 2 at our earliest opportunity but not exceeding 3 months.
